emotive connotations. Many people have shared their precious moments
with friends and loved ones over the bittersweet elixir. And they
continue to. At High Trees Estate, three generations of our family are
involved in the many steps essential to producing the ultimate coffee

 Recent Awards
Another very successful year at the
Sydney Royal Fine Foods Show. Held in Febuary 2007, we were able to
bring home a number of awards including WINNER of CHAMPION ESPRESSO
(Class 1). Click here for our results.
The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show features nine separate competitions,
from Olive Oil, Aquaculture and Bread, Cake and Pie, to Deli Meat,
Coffee, Pasta, Regional Foods, Branded Beef and now the inaugural
Sydney Royal Beer Competition.
The coffee classes judged include espresso, plunger coffee, single
origin plunger coffee and cappuccino and since it's inception to the
Sydney Royal Fine Food Show program in 1998, the competition has grown
in both size and reputation to become a key industry event, attracting
entries from across Australia. |
